Refunds & Return Policy

You may return your order or items if all the following reasons are met:

  1. You received a damaged item from the courier.
  2. The exchange must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
  3. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
  4. The product must not have been used.
  5. Sewn-in garment tag must not be cut.
  6. Price tag must not be removed.
  7. Return policy applies for BRAS ONLY. Panties are not acceptable for return.

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by the courier to monitor your shipment to us.

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items; you will receive a Whatsapp or email notification once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

Not valid return for wrong size and promotion item purchased.


Mail the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the merchandise you wish to return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Please email customer service if you receive extra products or if the products delivered are not what was ordered. In your email, tell us:

  • The incorrect merchandise
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address
  • The order number on the shipping label


If the product received is not the product you ordered, please email us at within seven (7) working days of receiving the product. We will review the matter for you promptly and arrange for re-shipment of the correct product.


Chomelisse provides no refunds for any products once delivery has been confirmed. Any appeals for refunds by customers will not be entertained under any circumstances.
